The last competition of 2008 in the Ladies Invitation Days series was played last week and the format was a fourball betterball stableford. The impressive winners with a score of 42 points were Sandra Carr and her guest Liz Heavey. They had nines of 19 and 23 points respectively and were two shots clear of their nearest opponents who were a further eight shots clear of the third pairing.
