The object of the golf swing is to have the arms and
body working in unison. This is easier said than done
and takes a lot of practice.
There are many drills and exercises designed to help us get this feeling. One of these is to hit ¾ shots with 7 or 8 iron which is where the hands swing to the 10 o’clock position during the backswing (pic 1) and then to the 2 o’clock position in the forward swing (pic 2).

Pic.3 - Follow through
This is where the 2 o’clock finish will help to achieve a more forward finish which will result in more consistent shots. Come and check the 2 o’clock finish on video and you will be surprised in how the feeling will differ from the visual
