Golf Swing - Tip from the Pro
Keep Close to the Right Elbow
During the golf set up, there are two very important spine tilts.
The first is which we are all aware of is tilting forward from the hips and keeping the back straight which is known as the golf posture.
The second tilt is where your spine or upper body is to the right. This will help set your head behind the ball throughout the golf swing. A good way to get the correct amount of tilt is to bump your left hip slightly forward towards the target (pic 1).

You will notice the left hip going slightly up and the right hip slightly down. This tilt is very much a reaction to the grip where our right hand is lower than the left so the body has to react accordingly.
But don't forget this tilt is strictly an upper body
business which means your overall weight is evenly distributed between both legs. It is important to practice this in front of a mirror as the feeling and visual will differ but the good news is it will look better than it feels
