The delectable new menu, created by Mount Juliet Executive Chef, Cormac Rowe, features cuisine to suit every palate, from appetizing Pan fried Kilmore scallops to Duncannon crab ravioli or a mouth-watering Tornado of Organic Kilkenny Pork to Baked timbale of Aubergine and with irresistible deserts such as Harlequin of chocolate and strawberry with Guinness jelly, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Varied and tasteful, the menu can be enjoyed with wines by the bottle or glass, expertly chosen to match the delicate flavours. The restaurant also boasts a broad champagne, sweet wine, port and sherry repertoire.
