New Menus at the Lady Helen
The delectable new menu, created by Mount Juliet Executive Chef, Ken Harker, features cuisine to suit every palate. The new menu includes;
» Duck - Bulgur Wheat, Ras el Hanout, Rhubarb, Turnip and Yoghurt
» Rabbit & langoustine - Fennel puree, marsh samphire, pickled watermelon radish and fennel pollen gnocchi
» Suckling Pig - Pork Belly, Octopus, Soya Apples, Cabbage and Shitake
» Squab pigeon - Beetroot, golden chanterelles and cherry jus
» Turbot - Heritage Carrots, Foie Gras and Beluga Lentils
» Cod - Cauliflower, girolles, lime and brown butter
» Risotto - Summer truffle, roasted onion and pecorino cheese (V)
Varied and tasteful, the menu can be enjoyed with wines by the bottle or glass, expertly chosen to match the delicate flavours. The restaurant also boasts a broad champagne, sweet wine, port and sherry repertoire.

The Lady Helen restaurant in Mount Juliet Estate is located in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, twenty minutes from Kilkenny and just over one hour from Dublin. The restaurant is open for dinner on Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday from 7pm - 9:30pm.
