A Hidden Setting
Hidden behind centuries-old walls, the Walled Garden is one of Mount Juliet Estate’s most treasured spaces.
For one afternoon, this peaceful garden becomes an open-air stage, offering guests the rare opportunity to experience live music surrounded by seasonal blooms, mature planting and the quiet beauty of the Estate.
Arrive from 2.30pm and take time to wander through the gardens before the performance begins.
An Intimate Performance
Secret Garden celebrates the timeless connection between music and place.
With guest numbers intentionally limited, the experience remains relaxed, personal and immersive, allowing every performance to be enjoyed as it was intended — surrounded by nature and shared with fellow music lovers.
Last year’s performance by acclaimed Irish musician Martin Hayes set the tone for what has become a much-anticipated summer gathering, offering an afternoon that lingered long after the final note.
The Experience
Guests are invited to arrive from 2.30pm, allowing time to enjoy the surroundings before the performance begins at 3.00pm.
The performance lasts approximately 25–30 minutes, creating a beautifully understated afternoon that complements the tranquillity of the Walled Garden rather than overwhelming it.
Members of the Mount Juliet Estate team will be on hand to guide guests to the garden on arrival.
