Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to participants aged 21 years or older.
   • Employees of Mount Juliet Estate, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
   • Participants must follow @MountJulietEstate on Instagram.
   • Like the competition post.
   • Tag at least one loved one in the comments section of the competition post.
   • Multiple entries are allowed; each comment with a new tag that also follows the account counts as an additional entry.
3. Prize Details:
   • The prize includes:
     • One overnight stay for two guests in a Manor Suite at Mount Juliet Estate
     • A bottle of Gremillet Champagne awaiting your arrival

     The prize includes accommodation only and does not include transport to and from Mount Juliet Estate or any additional expenses incurred during the stay.

     The prize is only valid on stays until the 31st of August 2026. Prize dates are subject to availability and must be redeemed directly with Mount Juliet Estate.

4. Competition Period:
   • The competition opens on the 12th of May 2026 and closes at midnight on the 2nd of June 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the competition closing.
   • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, Mount Juliet Estate reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prize Redemption:
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative stays. The prize is only valid on stays until the 31st of August 2026.
   • If the winner is unable to attend, the prize may be reallocated at the discretion of Mount Juliet Estate
7. General Terms:
   • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
   • By entering, participants agree to their name and entry being used in marketing material associated with this competition.
   • Mount Juliet Estate reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
   • The decision of Mount Juliet Estate regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
8. Data Protection:
   • Personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed in accordance with Mount Juliet Estate’s privacy policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the competition.

By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
