  • The Manor House will be temporarily closed as part of a carefully planned restoration project

  • The refurbishment allows us to restore the Manor House to its original Georgian grandeur

  • Hunter’s Yard remains fully open and will host guests throughout the winter season

  • All stays, dining and experiences will continue seamlessly across the estate

This winter, Mount Juliet Estate enters a new chapter. While the historic Manor House undergoes a thoughtful restoration, Hunter’s Yard becomes the welcoming heart of the estate — offering warmth, comfort and the full Mount Juliet experience in a more contemporary setting.

Guests are warmly invited to enjoy the estate throughout the winter season, with dining, activities and five-star hospitality continuing as usual.

Bookings for Hunter’s Yard during this period are available as normal, and we are now taking bookings for the Manor House’s grand reopening from the 20th of March 2026.

While Lady Helen Restaurant and the Manor House Cinema will be closed during the refurbishment, guests will continue to enjoy exceptional dining across the estate.

    • Open daily, overlooking the championship golf course

The Lady Helen Experience at Hunter’s Yard

An intimate culinary collaboration, where Chefs John Kelly and Tom Comerford present a six-course tasting menu inspired by the Michelin-starred Lady Helen. Thoughtfully reimagined for a new setting, each course celebrates seasonal Irish ingredients and refined technique, offering guests a rare opportunity to savour this iconic dining experience in an exclusive winter residency.

During the winter season, Afternoon Tea will be served in The Hound, offering a relaxed yet refined setting.

All signature Mount Juliet Estate activities will operate as usual throughout winter 2026, including:
