A Collaborative Dining Experience at Mount Juliet Estate
On Wednesday 24th June, Mount Juliet Estate invites guests to an intimate one-night-only dining experience at The Hound Restaurant, bringing together Executive Chef Tom Comerford and Chef Proprietor Niall Davidson of Allta, Dublin.
Known for its ingredient-led cooking and relaxed yet refined approach to dining, Allta has become one of Dublin’s most respected contemporary restaurants, celebrated for bold seasonal flavours, thoughtful technique and a strong connection to provenance. For this special evening, Niall Davidson joins Tom Comerford and The Hound team to create a collaborative menu shaped by shared culinary philosophy, local produce and the spirit of convivial dining.
The evening will begin with a drinks reception at 7pm, followed by a shared dining experience at 7.30pm where guests will be seated together to enjoy a specially curated multi-course menu.
Wines throughout dinner will be paired by Tyndall Wine Merchants, while Nespresso will conclude the evening with coffee service following dessert, including the limited-edition “Volutto” range.
